These start-ups have developed solutions focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and carbon footprints.

Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP), in collaboration with Ashraya Hastha Trust (AHT), has selected 11 start-ups to accelerate climate action and sustainability.

The selected start-ups will receive funding support of up to ₹50 lakh, access to high-end incubation labs, scientific and business mentorship, assistance in scaling up for market deployment, and networking opportunities with key stakeholders from the industry.

The selected start-ups are Genepath Diagnostics India, Prodancy, AeroDel Technology Innovations, Intello Labs, String Bio, Tealaa Innovations, Ossus Biorenewables, BPC Bio Bioproducts (Amylo), Earthkind Foods Biotech, Intrinsic Foundries (IIOT Innovation), and Bisket Labs.

These start-ups have developed solutions focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and carbon footprints, enabling climate-resilient healthcare, and advancing climate-resilient and sustainable agriculture.

“I am delighted to announce C-CAMP’s first cohort of climate-first biotech start-ups under its Centre of Excellence for Sustainability and Climate Action with AHT. India needs climate solutions that can move the needle on climate change by reducing its impact on society and delivering measurable results at scale. This cohort represents promising deep-science-led innovations that address some of the critical challenges posed by climate change across agriculture, food security, public health and sustainability,” said Taslimarif Saiyed, Director-CEO, C-CAMP.

He added that C-CAMP is committed to providing these start-ups with the right ecosystem, support and opportunities to scale their innovations, help India become more climate-resilient, and make practices more sustainable.

C-CAMP has also announced the next round of applications for 2026 from climate innovators for on-field validation of climate solutions.

It said the call seeks breakthrough, field-ready solutions working at the intersection of climate change, environment, health, agriculture and sustainability.

“On offer will be support for joint projects for on-field technology validation of up to ₹50 lakh, curated government and industry connections for future scale-up and partnerships, and strong ecosystem access, including pilot facilitation,” it said.
