A Look Inside the Home of Ipda Yayat Intelkam in Raffles Hills Depok Searched by the KPK
DEPOK, KOMPAS.com - The house of Ipda Yayat Sudrajat, also known as Lippo, a member of the Security Intelligence Unit (Intelkam) at Cimanggis Sector Police, is located in the Raffles Hills area, Cibubur, Depok, West Java.
This house was among the sites searched by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on Thursday (9/10/2026) as part of the ongoing investigation into alleged bribery within the Bekasi Regency government.
Based on Kompas.com’s observation at the location on Wednesday (9/23/2026), Yayat's house is in Block C of the Raffles Hills housing complex.
To reach Yayat’s residence, one must pass through two tight security checkpoints—one at the main gate and another at the entrance to Block C.
After passing the first security post, luxury homes can be seen lining both sides of Raffles Hills Boulevard.
About 900 meters from the Raffles Hills Main Gate is the security post for Block C, which includes Yayat’s home.
However, Kompas.com faced difficulty entering Block C, being stopped and asked for ID cards by two security guards who explained the check was for reporting purposes to the neighborhood association leaders (RT/RW).
Still, one of them confirmed that Yayat and his family have been living there for the past one to two years, though they declined further comments.
After explaining the purpose of the visit, one guard eventually agreed to accompany Kompas.com to Yayat’s house to request permission for an interview with the residents.

Yayat’s house, located at RT 02 RW 15, is situated not far from Block C’s security post. In fact, from the post, the exterior wall and roof of Yayat's house are visible.
Along the road leading to Yayat’s home, residents’ cars were parked on the roadside. The house is located in a leafy environment with trees lining the neighborhood streets.
The atmosphere around Yayat’s home was relatively quiet, typical of an exclusive residential area with an individualistic vibe.
Unfortunately, Kompas.com was not permitted to enter the house or take photos of the property.
Access was only possible by peeking toward the interior from the street in front of the house.
From outside, the house is a two-story building with white walls.
