Amanda Seyfried and Thomas Sadoski have separated after nine years of marriage.

According to People, Amanda and Thomas confirmed their split in a joint statement, saying they had been apart for some time and that the arrangement has been beneficial for their family.

“We have been separated for a while, and it’s proven to be the right move for us and our family unit. We’ve got each other forever—and it’s GOOD,” they said.

The actors did not provide further details about their separation.

Amanda and Thomas, who starred together in the play "The Way We Get By" in 2015, welcomed their first child Nina shortly after getting married in 2017.
