The African National Congress (ANC)’s fight to have 181 of its councillor candidates included in the 4 November elections is now heading to the Constitutional Court.
The African National Congress (ANC)’s fight to have 181 of its councillor candidates included in the 4 November elections is now heading to the Constitutional Court.
This follows a ruling by the Electoral Court last week dismissing the party’s application to have the excluded councillor candidates included on the final candidate list.
