The Department of Yoga and Consciousness of Andhra University organised a free Ayurvedic medical camp on Thursday, benefiting 185 patients.

The camp was held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. to provide medical services to the public. Dr. Harikrishna, Dr. Ravi Kumar and Dr. Shankar Prasad, along with their staff, examined patients and provided medical advice. Medicines prescribed by the doctors were distributed free of cost.

K. Ramesh Babu, Head of the Department of Yoga and Consciousness, and Dr. Tulasi Rao, naturopathic doctor, attended the camp and thanked the doctors and supporting staff for providing the medical services.

Mr. Ramesh Babu congratulated R. Gopala Krishna, Director of the AYUSH Department, for initiating the free medical services programme.
