Betting odds for Patriots-Jaguars Week 3 game: Who is favored to win? - Patriots Wire

The New England Patriots are set to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars in what should be an exciting game between two past playoff contenders.

According to DraftKings Sportsbook, the Jaguars are currently listed as three-point favorites in the Week 3 matchup. The over/under for the game is set at 46.5 points.

The Jaguars and Patriots last met in London back in October 2024. It was Patriots quarterback Drake Maye's second career start in the NFL, and the Jaguars cruised to a 32-16 victory. This time, the Patriots will make the road trip down south to Florida to face the Jaguars at Everbank Stadium in Jacksonville.

The Patriots are coming off a 20-3 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 2, while the Jaguars fell in defeat against the Denver Broncos by a 20-13 margin.

When it comes to the regular season series, the Patriots have owned the head-to-head matchups by a 12-3 margin. That record will be tested on Sunday with the Patriots missing multiple key pieces, including A.J. Brown, Mike Onwenu and Dre'Mont Jones.

Kickoff for the game is set for 1:00 p.m. ET.
