Bigg Boss 20 Weekend Ka Vaar: Salman Khan gives Qazi Touqeer his rockstar moment
Actor Salman Khan used the Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 20 to give singer Qazi Touqeer a standout moment, praising him as the house’s rockstar and crediting him for popularising the song Afghan Jalebi once again. Opening the episode, Salman also thanked viewers for the show’s record-breaking start before turning to the week’s key developments inside the house.
The episode combined tension over house duties with lighter exchanges as Salman reviewed the contestants’ behaviour, praised some for their game, and called out others for failing to leave a mark. Qazi’s emotional segment, in which Salman asked him to lead a concert in the activity area, emerged as the headline moment of the evening.
Before Salman entered the episode, the show played out the friction inside the house. Captain Yung DSA, while urging everyone to do their duties and follow the rules, clashed with Kanika Mann. Gullu and Tanmay Singh, also known as ScoutOP, also got into an argument over house duties after the latter went on parvarish (upbringing).
Aasif Khan and Aman Gandhi then clashed over house duties and nearly came to blows. During the exchange, Aasif remarked that Aman had taken injections to build his body, and Aman challenged him to do the same. As the tension rose, Qazi Touqeer began jumping around in an attempt to stop the fight and said he had so much power that not even nine people would be able to do anything to him.
When Salman spoke to the housemates, he indirectly addressed criticism around the contestants’ line-up and suggestions that it lacked punch while talking to Aamrapali Dubey. He then gave Qazi the chance to conduct a concert and asked everyone to gather in the activity area. Salman said people should work very hard during tough times and added that Qazi never stopped working despite difficult phases and remained mentally strong. He said this was something everyone should learn from him. The moment left Qazi emotional.

Salman also took up the issue of Aamrapali calling Arishfa bachhi (kid). He asked why others were not calling Yung DSA a kid when he was around the same age. He added that Arishfa might have the face and voice of a child and told her to use that to her advantage.
He also said nobody could notice if Aman was not in the house. In another light moment, Salman sent a stroller into the house for Arishfa and said he was convinced she was not a kid. He then asked her to identify the adults in the house who behaved like pampered children. Arishfa named Kanika. Salman then asked the housemates to pick who they saw as the Bigg Boss and who they saw as the "Bigg Loss" — the one ruling the house and the one who should go to school. After the voting, he said the housemates saw Qazi as the boss of the house and Aman as the loss.
Closing the segment, Salman told the contestants that instead of blaming others, they should use the platform to bring out their personalities. The message was directed at Aman, Uditi, Rhiti and Rohit.
