Broncos guard Quinn Meinerz went viral for pancake block vs. Jaguars - Broncos Wire

The Denver Broncos' All-Pro right guard went viral during Sunday's 20-13 comeback win over the Jacksonville Jaguars after his pancake block helped clear the way for rookie running back Jonah Coleman.

Leading by one touchdown with 3:26 remaining, Coleman's 12-yard run forced the Jaguars to burn their last remaining timeout. Two plays later, Coleman had another 12-yard run that clinched the game after he slid down in bounds.

"It's situational awareness," Meinerz said of the team's last drive after the game. "The entire offense, in the huddle, we were all saying the same thing: 'Hey, we gotta finish with the ball, we need this many first downs, they have this many timeouts... Ball security, no penalties, and we gotta stay in bounds."

Up next, Meinerz and Co. will face another tough test as the Los Angeles Rams are headed to Denver for a Sunday Night Football showdown in Week 3. The Broncos will look to move above .500 in that primetime showdown.
