Climate science literacy exhibition held at Mysore Palace

A climate science literacy exhibition, organised in partnership with the UNESCO Regional Office for South Asia, Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF) and Bherunda Foundation, was held at the Mysore Palace on Monday.

The exhibition featured UNESCO’s climate science literacy posters in Kannada, using scientific information, regional relevance and visual storytelling to create greater awareness and understanding of climate change, its causes, consequences and possible responses.

Mysuru-Kodagu MP and Bherunda Foundation Chairman Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar inaugurated the exhibition and toured the displays. Ms. Trishika Kumari Wadiyar, representatives of UNESCO, HSF and Bherunda Foundation, NGOs, students and other guests were present.

Mr. Yaduveer Wadiyar and Ms. Trishika Kumari Wadiyar also spoke on the occasion.
