Devotees from across the State attended the “Saragateera Maha Ganapathi Utsavam” organised at Manginapudi Beach. The beach wore a festive look on Sunday (September 20, 2026), with cultural events and other activities keeping the devotees enthralled at the pandal.

As part of the arrangements, the administration illuminated the shore and decorated the pandal. Devotees performed special pujas to the 63-foot Ganesh idol set up at the pandal.

Minister Kollu Ravindra, Krishna District Collector D.K. Balaji, and officers from various departments are monitoring the situation to ensure a hassle-free darshan for devotees. The administration has arranged transportation, drinking water, medical services, and other facilities for the devotees at the beach.

Meanwhile, the officials made fool-proof arrangements for Ganesh immersion at canals and other water bodies, the police said.
