The South India Hotels and Restaurants Association and the Tamilnadu Hotels Association will organise a three-day exhibition in Chennai from October 1 to 3, showcasing cooking equipment, raw materials, and green technologies for the hotel sector.
With more than 150 stalls, the event at Chennai Trade Fair Complex will bring under one roof global and Indian cooking equipment manufacturers and suppliers. It will also have exhibits of various ingredients used by restaurants and hotels. With fuel prices going up, the exhibition will have on display greener fuel options and green technologies.
Workshops will also be held on all three days, said D. Srinivasan, Managing Director of Sree Annapoorna Group, Coimbatore.
The Tamilnadu Hotels Association will organise an event in Chennai on October 1 to celebrate βUnavaga Dhinamβ as part of the birth centenary celebrations of K. Damodrasamy Naidu, founder of the Sree Annapoorna Group.
