Former Mayor Thando Matika, acting municipal manager Boy Ngubo, and acting chief financial officer Busisiwe Lubelwana are facing allegations linked to kickbacks in a municipal security contract.
Speaking to journalists in Knysna on Friday, DA mayoral candidate Levael Davis said accountability must go beyond arrests, with any unlawfully lost public money recovered.
