A man has died a week after he was found stabbed in the neck at a North Albury address.
The 28-year-old spent a week in hospital in a critical condition.
Police have established Strike Force Metron to investigate the stabbing with support from the State Crime Command Homicide Squad.
NSW police have launched an investigation into the death of a man who was stabbed a week ago in North Albury.
Emergency services were called to Calimo Street, North Albury, about 1am on September 27 and found a 28-year-old man with stab wounds to the neck.

He was treated by paramedics and taken in a critical condition to hospital, where he died on Sunday.
NSW Police Commander Paul Smith said the investigation had become a homicide probe, after what he described as an intense week of inquiries.
Commander Smith said the victim's family was devastated.
"You can only imagine what they're going through. We are here to help them," he said.
Police are now appealing for anyone who was in or around Calimo Street on the night of the stabbing, or in the days following, to come forward.

Commander Smith said police believed more than one person may have been present or knew what happened.
"Those witnesses, if we haven't spoken to you, please come forward," he said.
"And we ask you, as members of the public, potentially our victim's associates, if you haven't spoken to detectives, we certainly urge you to."
Detectives are still investigating what type of weapon was used and whether there was a motive.
Police have established Strike Force Metron to investigate the stabbing and will use technology including drones as part of their investigation.
A report will be prepared for the NSW coroner.
