Map Shows Where New Trump Towers Are Planned Around the World - Newsweek
Trump-branded hotel, residential and golf developments are planned across the Middle East, Asia and Europe, expanding the international property portfolio associated with the family name of the president of the United States.
The Trump Organization, led by the president's sons Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., lists over a dozen projects as "coming soon," including skyscrapers, beachside resorts and luxury golf courses.
While critics have raised conflict-of-interest concerns over the Trump Organization's real estate projects in the Middle East and elsewhere, President Donald Trump has downplayed his ties to the family business.
"I don't do anything having to do with my business. My kids run it," he told CNBC in July when asked about critics who accuse him of using the presidency to enrich himself and his family.
Below are developments that the Trump Organization has announced.
Set to open in December 2028, the $500 million Trump International Oman will include a 140-room hotel, furnished villas, serviced apartments, private beach access and an 18-hole golf course, according to the Trump Organization.
In the United Arab Emirates, a Trump International Hotel and Tower is planned near downtown Dubai. The development will include a hotel and residences, with views toward the Burj Khalifa skyscraper and the sea, according to the Trump Organization and DarGlobal, which announced the project in April 2025.
Trump Residences Gurgaon is set to consist of twin 51-story towers and include 298 luxury homes, the Trump Organization said.
Project developers said the location would feature an all-glass façade, floor-to-ceiling windows, private elevators and double-height living spaces in select residences.
According to a March 2025 Trump Organization announcement, Trump World Center Pune will be the brand's first commercial development in India. Planned for a 4.3-acre site, it is expected to have two glass towers and span more than 1.6 million square feet, with over 27 floors of offices in each tower.
The Trump Organization has described its forthcoming development in Bali as a hotel and golf project. The group's website said it would feature an 18-hole golf course and an infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean, as well as luxury villas, mansions and high-end resort condominiums.
Earlier developer plans described 144 residences and 150 hotel suites within the wider 102-hectare property.
In May 2025, developers broke ground on Trump International Vietnam, the first Trump-branded golf and residential development in the country. The project is located in Hung Yen, about 45 minutes from Hanoi.
Trump Tower Jeddah is planned as a 47-floor residential building overlooking the Red Sea. Developer DarGlobal said the tower would contain one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, with homes ranging from 70 to 365 square meters.
DarGlobal lists December 2029 as the expected completion date.
An April 2025 news release said the Trump International Golf Club, Doha would be built as part of the 8-million-square-meter Simaisma coastal development, about 40 kilometers (25 miles) north of Doha.
Developer DarGlobal said the residential and golf project would feature an 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse and "high-end branded villas" with direct beach access.
The Trump Organization announced the launch of Trump Tower Bucharest, the first Trump-branded project in Romania, in July 2025.
The company said it would feature luxury residential apartments and amenities.
Trump International Hotel Maldives, which the Trump Organization unveiled in November 2025, is set to feature 80 "ultra-luxury" beach and overwater villas. It is scheduled to open by the end of 2028, the company said.
This residential, hotel and golf development is planned as a gated community on a 2.6-million-square-meter site near Riyadh. Trump International, Wadi Safar will combine a Trump hotel, premium homes and a championship golf course, with residences overlooking the course and surrounding valleys, according to a January news release.
Trump Tower Tbilisi is set to stand beside the Georgian capital's Central Park. The residential tower is expected to include 62 stories and reach about 280 meters (918.6 feet), which would make it the tallest building in the country, according to the Trump Organization.
Trump Towers Hyderabad is billed by the Trump Organization as two 65-story residential towers rising about 800 feet and containing over 450 homes in southern India.
A suspended sky bridge would connect the two towers at the 28th floor, above which would sit a landscaped residents' club.
The Trump International Golf Club, Korea, a planned development within the greater Seoul metropolitan area, was announced in August as the first Trump-branded golf project in the region. Its course size and expected opening date were not included in the news release.
