There are mixed emotions as refugees and asylum seekers who have been camping outside the Home Affairs offices in Durban are being relocated to Gauteng.
They've been there since May, after being chased from their homes and businesses in the run-up to the 30 June anti-illegal immigration protests.
Recently, members of organisation March and March have held two demonstrations, one of which turned violent outside the makeshift camp.
