One glamorous evening for three
The elegant penthouse of the CWC Design Center in Makati City became the enchanting setting for a triple birthday celebration honoring philanthropist, wellness queen, celebrated queenmaker and Mutya ng Pilipinas president Cory Quirino, together with award-winning New York-based Sri Lankan photographer, author and educator Tilak Hettige, and longtime CWC Interiors friend and partner Bullet Todino.
The festive gathering, hosted by the indefatigable CWC Interiors president and CEO and Mutya ng Pilipinas owner Fred Yuson, drew nearly 100 distinguished guests from the worlds of art, beauty, business, real estate and showbusiness, as well as the three celebrants’ closest friends and family. Brazilian DJ Luane and the Peppermint Band provided an upbeat musical backdrop as guests enjoyed the party amid the sophisticated surroundings of the landmark design center, home to prestigious global names as Herman Miller, MillerKnoll, Vitra and Walter Knoll.
The occasion also served as a prelude to CWC’s exciting lineup of upcoming events, including its new Corporate Center opening in Makati City this month, the 2026 CWC Interiors and Mutya ng Pilipinas Charity Galas on Oct. 11, and the much-anticipated Mutya ng Pilipinas Grand Coronation Night on Oct. 14.
The well-loved Cocoy Cordoba celebrated his milestone 70th birthday with a fabulous and spirited evening dubbed as “Wickedly Wild 3” at Cove Manila in Okada Manila, Parañaque City.
True to the occasion’s playful theme, guests arrived in stylish and striking ensembles, adding an air of glamour to the festivities. Cocktails flowed as friends and well-wishers gathered to toast the man of the hour, whose infectious personality and zest for life made the evening a truly memorable celebration.
