Five men arrested over terrorism offences after explosives found near base

Five men detained near the base early on Sunday were initially detained over explosives offences and then were further arrested later in the day on suspicion of the preparation of a terrorist act. Pictures of the men with their shirts off could point to a precautionary measure against the risk of suicide vests or concealed weapons.
