Sanjay Dutt checks on injured paparazzo, assures help. Fans call him real hero
Sanjay Dutt stopped to check on an injured paparazzo during Ganpati darshan in Mumbai and assured him of help after learning that he had met with an accident. A video of the exchange, now garnering praise on social media, shows the actor noticing the photojournalist's injured leg, asking what had happened and then offering to intervene personally.
The moment took place when the 67-year-old visited politician Rahul Kanal's residence on Ganesh Chaturthi to seek Bappa's blessings before heading to Antilia for the Ambani family's Ganpati celebrations.
In the clip, Dutt is seen first asking the paparazzo about his injury and then directing him to speak to Gaurav Dubey, believed to be his current manager, before saying he would step in himself when told that calls were not being answered.
As Sanjay Dutt arrived for Ganpati darshan, he noticed the paparazzo's injured leg and asked about it. The photojournalist told him that he had met with an accident while riding his bike.
Dutt then told him, “Gaurav se baat kar (Speak with Gaurav),” referring to Gaurav Dubey. One Instagram user wrote, "BABA ka dil bahot bada hai (Baba has a very big heart)(sic)."
