Sen. Armstrong Says Energy Crunch Shows Infrastructure Gaps

Sen. Alan Armstrong (R-OK) says the current energy crunch is exposing the cost of constrained infrastructure and strengthening the case for permitting reform. Sen. Armstrong points to the sharp gap in diesel prices between Oklahoma and California and the attack on Saudi pipeline infrastructure as examples of how limited capacity can leave consumers more vulnerable to price shocks.
