Mack Hollins is worth consideration on fantasy football waiver wires following A.J. Brown’s move to injured reserve.

Romeo Doubs is the obvious choice to assume Brown’s role in his stead. Doubs has the talent to produce a 1,000-yard season in the receiving yards department with the requisite targets. Yet, Hollins has several qualities that make him primed to put up numbers in his role until Brown returns.

Hollins paced the Patriots with 51 receiving yards during their 13-10 season-opening loss to the Seattle Seahawks. He caught four of five targets and produced a team-long 19-yard reception.

Fantasy managers ought to treat Hollins as a speculative addition, particularly in 12-team leagues and deeper formats. His likely increase in routes and targets gives him flex appeal while Brown is unavailable.
