United States (US) Ambassador to South Africa Leo Bozell is pushing back against last week’s demarche from the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO), saying he’s being insulted by Minister Ronald Lamola while simultaneously being accused of conducting himself in an undiplomatic manner.
In an interview aired by American broadcaster FOX News on Sunday, Bozell said he’s had enough of being called out by DIRCO for his conduct while US statesmen are not receiving the same respect from Lamola.
