The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, has publicly presented his twin sons during a colourful homecoming ceremony at his palace in Ile-Ife, Osun State. A video shared by City Edge TV on Instagram on Friday showed the monarch seated at the palace as he held both newborn princes in his hands, one in each hand, while surrounded by traditional chiefs, dignitaries, members of the royal household and well-wishers. The palace grounds were filled with guests dressed in white traditional outfits, including agbadas, caps and coral beads. The celebration comes months after the birth and naming of the twins and offered another opportunity for the royal family to publicly celebrate their arrival.
