Watch: Fired-up Sean McVay gives expletive-filled speech in Rams locker room - Rams Wire
Sean McVay went ballistic on the Los Angeles Rams' sideline after his defense sealed the win against the Philadelphia Eagles, struggling to contain his excitement at the end of Sunday's game. That elation spilled into the locker room, where McVay was still fired up that his team erased a 10-point fourth-quarter deficit to beat the Eagles.
As he does after every win, McVay gave a speech to his players and coaches in the locker room, and Sunday's was particularly good.
"I can't (expletive) say enough about the defense keeping us in that (expletive)," he said. "It took us a little bit of time, but we woke up on offense and defense, and if we can find a way to put it together for four quarters, that can be some good (expletive)."
He continued, praising the Rams' resilience after falling behind by 10 points.
"What I will tell you is this: A lot of (expletive) teams would've folded. Not (expletive) us. That's (expletive) mental toughness. That's the resilience right there," he said.
After Kyren Williams came back from an interview, he broke things down with his own fiery speech.
"That's how you stay (expletive) connected and fight for that (expletive), man. I don't know what coach said, but let's (expletive) go!" he yelled.
