Watch: Moment a government building collapses into a river in Nepal amid floods

Massive flooding left a government building in western Nepal teetering on the edge of an unstable ledge before it fell into the Daram River.

Witnesses captured the moment that the building in Baglung collapsed on Sunday, 27 September.

Officials removed important documents and computers from the building before it fell, local ward chair Tej Thapa confirmed to the BBC. No one was injured.

Landslides and floods have killed at least 27 people over recent days, according to Nepal's national disaster agency, only weeks after a flash flood along the Nepal-Tibet border killed 1,400 people and left thousands more missing.
