Simon Leviev, the name he goes by, became internationally notorious after a 2022 Netflix documentary detailed how women said they had been deceived and scammed through dating apps.
Now, according to 702/CapeTalk's Barbara Friedman, Leviev wants to launch his own dating app, called Safe Love.
And, unsurprisingly, the idea has caused quite a stir online.
